Welcome to NEST Music Conservatory Inc. (NMCI). By visiting our website or enrolling in any or our programs, including summer camp, afterschool, infant/toddler jam, and private lessons, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you have questions, please contact us before enrolling.

NEST Music Conservatory Inc. (referred to as "NMCI," "we," "our," or "us") is a nonprofit performing arts and music education organization based in the Bronx, New York. We offer after-school programs, summer camps, and private music lessons for children in our community.

2. Accepting These Terms

When you visit our website, create an account, submit a registration form, or enroll in any NMCI program, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are enrolling a child, you are also agreeing on their behalf as their parent of legal guardian.

What NMCI offers
NMCI currently offers the following programs:
Program schedules, loctions, pricing, and availability are subject to change. The most current information is always available on our website or by contacting our office directly. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee. Acceptance is confirmed only after your application has been reviewed and you have received written confirmation from NMCI.
4. Enrollment & Eligibility
How enrollment works
To enroll your child in an NMCI program, you must complete and submit a registration form along with any required documentation. Here's what to expect:
If we need more information to evaluate your child's eligibility, we will reach out to you directly. We do everything we can to make our programs accessible and affordable.
5. Fees & Payments
How billing works
By enrolling in an NMCI program, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the schedule established at enrollment. Here are the key payment rules:
Vouchers & Assistance: We accept ACS and HRA vouchers and can help connect you with payment assistance options. If you are using a Voucher, you are responsible for keeping it active and up to date. Any balance not covered by a voucher is your responsibility.
Late pick-up fee: Pick-up time is 6:00 PM. A fee of $1.00 per minute per child will be charged after 6:00 PM. After five late pick-ups, NMCI may suspend your child's enrollment. If a child is not collected by 7:00 PM and we cannot reach a parent or guardian, we are required by law to contact the appropriate authorities.
6. Refund Policy
When refunds are available
We understand that unexpected things happen. NMCI does not issue refunds for absences, illness, or vacations. However, partial refunds may be available in the following specific circumstances:
No refunds for absences. There are no credits or reductions for missed days due to illness, vacation, or any other reason not listed above. The registration fee is always non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

Keeping your information accurate
If you create an account or submit information through our website, you agree to:
NMCI is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account or to keep your information up to date.
8. Using Our Website
Acceptable use policy
Our website is provided to help families learn about and enroll in NMCI programs. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with anyone else's experience. The following are not permitted:
NMCI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to anyone who violates these rules.
9. Using Children's Privacy (COPPA)
How we handle information about children
NMCI is committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All registration and account activity must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Information about your child that you provide during enrollment (such as name, age, and health information) is used only to operate and improve our programs. We do not sell or share this information for marketing purposes.

10. Intellectual Property
Our content belongs to us
All content on nestmusicinc.org, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and curriculum materials, is owned by or licensed to NMCI and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and print content from our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
The NEST Music Conservatory name, logo and related marks are trademarks of NMCI. Please contact us before using our name or logo in any materials.
11. Liability & Safety
Limitations and your responaibilities
Participation in music, dance, and performing arts activities involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge these risks and agree that NMCI is not liable for minor injuries that may occur during normal program participation.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, NMCI's liability for any claim arising from use of our website or participation in our programs is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. NMCI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in Bronx County, New York
